I’m a professional coach living in Seattle, Washington, USA. I moved here from Sydney, Australia, where I lived for 3 years. Originally from Monrovia, California (SoCal), I've also lived in San Francisco (twice), Indianapolis, Princeton, NYC, Chicago, and Sacramento.
Professionally
As a professional coach, I'm passionate about helping others to identify and accomplish their goals, to be more successful in their careers, and to live happier, more satisfying lives.
I coach individual and corporate clients locally, nationally, and globally. My work primarily focuses on leadership development, executive coaching, and career development and transition.
I also work with leaders and professionals with ADHD (or those who suspect they may have ADHD) to identify and leverage their unique superpowers – and manage their challenges – so that they can achieve the personal satisfaction and professional success they desire.
I have a robust coaching “toolbox”, leveraging models and theories from my Master of Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and my certifications in The Leadership Circle 360 and the Hogan suite of personality assessments.
Background
In terms of my professional background, I grew up in retail, working with Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's California, and Rand McNally, where I started in ecommerce and online marketing in '96.
I subsequently had my own boutique consulting firm focused on helping clients get the business results they need from from their online presence, and I managed a Product team for Walmart Global Ecommerce, redesigning the Walmart.com cart & checkout experience and launching Canadian ecommerce on Walmart.ca
In 2012 I embarked on a great adventure and moved to Sydney, Australia, joining Luxottica's Australian retail business as VP of Digital & eCommerce in 2012, where I created a digital omnichannel experience for OPSM.
I then decided it was time for a major career change – I wanted to focus on my purpose of helping others leveraging my interpersonal strengths, so I went back to university for my second master's degree in 2014 and launched my coaching practice.
Personally
I love cycling, and I've ridden in AIDS/LifeCycle from SF to LA four times, and I'm taking a break in 2018. I love reading, playing games of all sorts, and exploring new movies and TV shows.
I'm great at home improvement, problem solving, listening, and cooking, and I'm now enjoying spending quality time with my husband Wyatt and Tucker and Tally, our Border Terriers. I'm told that I’m smart, compassionate, and empathetic, and I love to laugh.
